1. What we process

To provide Listen Xiaolu, we may process account and login details, subscription status, selected language and voice settings, and basic support or diagnostic information.

When you use the listening feature, the browser extension may process available YouTube captions and audio-related or playback-related data needed to translate and generate speech. This processing is used to provide the feature you requested.

2. Payments

Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, subscription management, and related tax or fraud checks as Merchant of Record where applicable. We receive the account and transaction information needed to provide access, reconcile subscriptions, and handle support. We do not need to receive or store your full card number to provide the service.

3. Service providers

We may use hosting, translation, speech, analytics, security, and customer-support providers to operate the service. Providers receive only the information needed for their contracted function and must handle it under their applicable obligations.

4. Choices and retention

You can change supported language and voice settings in the product and can cancel your subscription at any time. We retain account, subscription, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to legal requirements.

5. Your requests

For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, use the support channel shown in your Paddle receipt or customer portal. We may need to verify your account before completing a request.

6. Separate 会小鹿 product

This page is for Listen Xiaolu's international browser-extension service only. The existing 会小鹿数据与隐私 page remains available for the separate 会小鹿 meeting-assistant product and its existing users.
