Refund and cancellation policy

1. Cancellation

This policy applies to DeerEars Waffo subscriptions and WeChat prepaid access, separately from 会小鹿 meeting-assistant plans. WeChat purchases do not renew automatically. You can cancel a DeerEars subscription at any time through the account billing page or available Waffo Pancake customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

2. Refunds

Because the subscription continues through the paid period after cancellation, we generally do not provide a prorated refund for unused time. We may provide a refund or other remedy where required by applicable law, for a duplicate or incorrect charge, or where a material service problem prevents reasonable use and we cannot cure it within a reasonable time.

USD refunds are handled through Waffo buyer support; CNY WeChat refunds are handled by our customer support using your order reference. Refunds under review, processing, failed or partial do not automatically remove paid access. A confirmed completed full refund ends the refunded access. Duplicate charges are reviewed manually; do not open another checkout while an unpaid order remains active. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

3. Free experience

The free experience does not create a paid subscription by itself. If you were charged unexpectedly, contact possible2028@gmail.com or use the Waffo Pancake customer portal so the transaction can be reviewed.

If this policy conflicts with mandatory rights in your jurisdiction, those rights prevail.
