Standard Voice is included in every plan. Matched voice mode and Optimized voice mode depend on the tier shown above. Optimized voice mode allowance counts server-delivered synthesized audio, including cache hits; retries of the same delivery are counted once. It resets on the first day of each calendar month at UTC+8, separately from your subscription anniversary. Unused allowance does not carry over.

Simplified Chinese checkout uses WeChat QR payment at the displayed CNY promotional price. Other supported interface languages use Waffo in USD. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Existing discontinued subscriptions retain their contracted prices and rights; they are not sold at those prices to new customers.

Plan upgrades, early renewal and duplicate-payment remedies are currently handled by customer support. One unpaid checkout may remain open per account; before changing plan, language or channel, complete it or wait for expiry (up to 16 minutes) and payment reconciliation.

Speech playback is AI-generated audio provided through Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope). The language route may use CosyVoice v3.5 Flash, Qwen3-TTS Flash, or Qwen Audio 3.0 TTS Flash; the selected model can vary by language and voice availability. Review the Acceptable Use Policy before using the service.

Separate from 会小鹿: this plan covers DeerEars only. It does not change, replace, or include 会小鹿's meeting-assistant plans.
Free experience: the free experience has no overall time quota, and each listening session is limited to 2 minutes. The free experience does not create a paid subscription by itself.

Billing and cancellation

The plan you choose renews monthly or annually until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Prices are shown in USD. Waffo Pancake provides checkout, payment processing, subscription management, and related billing or tax handling as the Merchant of Record where applicable. The final checkout may show applicable taxes or local payment details.
