Terms of Service
These terms apply only to Listen Xiaolu, 会小鹿's separately priced global listening product. They explain how subscriptions, trials, third-party content, and service limitations work.

1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply only to Listen Xiaolu, an independent, globally oriented subproduct within the 会小鹿 product family. They cover its browser extension, website pages, and related digital services. The service is operated by 北京骑士快货科技有限公司 (Beijing Qishi Kuaihuo Technology Co., Ltd.), a company registered in Beijing, China. The Chinese company name is the legal entity name shown on the registration documents.
By using Listen Xiaolu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Listen Xiaolu helps users listen to supported YouTube videos in a selected language by processing available captions and generating speech playback. It is a digital service; no physical goods are sold. Features can depend on video captions, browser permissions, network conditions, and third-party services.
3. Accounts and responsible use
- Keep your account information accurate and protect your login credentials.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with content you are allowed to access.
- Do not bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to infringe another person's rights.
- Do not use the service to download, redistribute, or publicly rebroadcast YouTube content.
4. Trial and subscription
The free experience has no overall time quota, but each listening session is limited to 2 minutes. The paid plan costs USD 50 per month and includes native-language listening with Standard Voice or Enhanced Voice.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect for the next renewal, while access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
5. Payments and refunds
Paddle provides checkout, payment processing, tax handling, and customer billing support as Merchant of Record where applicable. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
6. Third-party services and content
YouTube and other third-party services have their own terms, availability, and policies. Listen Xiaolu is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube. You are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to content you access.
7. Intellectual property
Listen Xiaolu, its software, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to 北京骑士快货科技有限公司. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your permitted access period; they do not transfer ownership.
8. Availability and limitations
We work to keep the service useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted playback, caption availability, translation accuracy, or that every video or language will be supported. Generated speech and translation should be checked by you when accuracy matters.
9. Privacy
Information used to provide Listen Xiaolu is described in the Privacy Notice. The existing 会小鹿 privacy page covers the separate 会小鹿 product surface.
10. Suspension and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms. We may update the service or these terms when reasonably necessary. If a change materially affects paid use, we will provide notice where required.
11. Contact and applicable rights
For account or billing questions, use the support channel shown in your Paddle receipt or customer portal. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in your place of residence.
